The topcon 235 total station appears to have onboard storage of points. Is it user friendly to do stakeout work?

I have used an older version - GTS 229 & GTS 239 that looks similar to your 235. The stakeout function is quite easy to use. You just enter occupied & bs stations & select the points to set out.

Problem was in loading the coordinates file. Had trouble with the format of the file being loaded. I think it was solved using a newer version of Topcon Link as opposed to the default software that came with the CD.
