Nice try, but I'm certain that readers will know that the members of most Departments of Transportation are members of a Masonic Lodge unless they are graduates of the Texas Agricultural & Mechanical College or one of its sister institutions.
These are obviously the plans for the new lodge temple where senior DOT employees will meet to plot how to best promote the policy of the week. Just because metrication was a bit of a bust doesn't mean that the rest of us are safe. :>

Truth be told...
Any State DOT project like this....planned at this time here ...
would possibly be completed by July 4th, 2019.
