Prepare a CR for the survey we did Thurs and Friday in Pacific Palisades.
When the guys arrive at 6:30, drive 30 miles for a nickle. I calc'd a lot corner off by 0.05' in Pacific Palisades so we'll drive over and move it.
Drive back into East Los Angeles to do a simple RS lot. This cut is probably as easy as you can get as far as surveying goes.

The short story on this one is..
Wall fight on the rear line. The neighbor on the rear had a 'friend' come out and do a survey. My client told his friend a few months later who went to the County and found out that an RS was not filed.
I'll be taking names and taking pictures. I wonder if the neighbors friend is even
licensed..
I just had one that had 2 calls for 38.383'.
They just smiled when I said "A surveyor
didn't write this". I could go on...
