Lol!....
You need A/C,when I'm at home in Phoenix....no A/C for this kid....
Your crews are more efficient by means that they won't stay in the truck in the A/C for one...thus,productive field time goes up...
Ok,secondly...
All survey trucks look the same....
Boring..
Think outside the box and promote your business at car shows and events...
Another good point is that you know the guys will show up earlier in the morning to want to drive the cool truck...
Fuel mileage...
Hey...no problem...your doing your part to stimulate the economy.....
Next the maintenance problem.....
Everyone knows how to work on an 'Ol Chevy...
I mean the crews will be hanging around in the shop garage after hours tuning, changing fluids,re-stocking and cleaning and waxing your trucks.....
Ok...it was just for fun,I know these trucks really aren't for you but......
Where did the good old days go when we crew members got to drive some pretty cool stuff...
Just saying....

P.S...
We live on our sailboat these days while the wife moves up and down the Eastern seaboard training Doctor's on some Medical software thimgamijiggy stuff for EMR...
I'm not sure what she does, but my job at the moment is to sail the boat and take care of the dogs, amongst the obvious maintenance of the above mentioned boat....
Oh ya,darn....Actually 2 boats now...need a fishing boat too...
Anyways...
Back to surveying.....
When the work picks up back in Phx,I'll be sailing Lake Pleasant 🙂
My Survey truck I used sometimes when we were short was a truck was my '74 RHD International with the trusty 345 V8,4by...
I love the 'Ol International's....
And....
Still no A/C ....
2 windows down at 65 smilies per hour....

If I am not mistaken that is the last year International made pickups and travelalls.
They still made Terras for several years.
