Everybody (almost) does it wrong. You don't put arc seconds before degrees or links before chains, and date/time should also go largest to smallest.

yyyy mm dd hh mm ss

I don't see anything wrong? My only question is, did they change the reference plat on 09/12/89.?ÿ ?????ÿ ?????ÿ

In my world dates are very important, but the protocol associated with them is a matter of preference.

The military was dd/mmm/yyyy for my entire time in. The mmm was the three letter abbreviation, not numeric.

I should have noted that I have done dates my way for over 30 years.

I don't fish in a watermelon patch either, but does it really make a difference? (Emily Post thinks not!)  ???ý

Land Surveying was just a front, they were actually the secret government project that invented the time machine.
