I was very happy to open my new xyHt to page 21 and find an article by my good friend Balaji Ramachandran about the Nicholls State University Geomatics program. Nicholls has a great program and hopefully this exposure will attract some good candidates.

I also look forward to reading Gavin's article about the equatorial campaign; y'all made my day.

I just finished reading the article about the Ecuador expedition. More great work from Gavin! And it was fun reading that most of the team members are old hands around here.

I have an SIT working with me that is a graduate of that program.

Haven't read any of the issue yet, BUT kind of cool that I personally know four of the equator expedition participants and am at least familiar with some of the rest. I don't know if that just makes me an old timer in the business or I am lucky or both...
