Surely you are referring to the fellow in the red jacket in the far background who clearly is responsible for all of the graffiti that is visible. Hopefully, the fellow in the foreground is on break from his acting job on an ABC prime time television show.

I've seen him around WTC few times...at least he'd be well visible in the woods :-))
