Is TEQC still being supported? We are trying to download it (an old program) to our new PCs and system and the program will download but not run. This is with two IT personnel who have great DOS experience.
PAGE-NT will not read a 5 second logging interval so we are trying to decimate the data to 15 or 30 seconds (per PAGE-NT requirements).
Is there another option other than TEQC? I can edit through NotePad but that takes forever and the chance for error goes up with each passing log entry.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

TEQC is end of life, as discussed here. But even though it is no longer supported it will still work.
I would use WinTEQC instead - no DOS-prompt required.
