For an unknown reason on of my TDS units requires that I press the screen enter key and will not accept a sideshot the pressing of the Enter key on the ranger. My other unit works fine. Is there a setting to change this? havent found it.

Try "Job>Settings>General>Use Enter Key to Move Between Fields". Mine is unchecked.
