I would like to know if you can transfer survey pro 4.1 from one ranger 200 to another ranger 200, loaded by previous owner and and did not receive disc.

Are you just wanting to install the software? While you can't transfer the program from one to the other, you can however install the software and retrieve the access codes for Survey Pro from Spectra Precision.
