Surveyors Historical Society Rendezvous 2021

Is there a projected time to get back to the hotel after the Saturday tour??ÿ We're hoping to go but wonder whether to start back Saturday evening or wait until Sunday and miss a local event at home.

I got an email saying the hotel and conference registration deadline has been moved to Sept 5.

I really want to go, but we're watching COVID cases trend upward and worrying about whether to go or not.?ÿ The fact the deadline has moved suggests to me that many others have that doubt also. We're vaccinated, but that isn't perfect protection, and I worry that another variant could emerge that we aren't as well protected against.?ÿ Having a surge of cases gives many more opportunities for mutations to create a new variant.
