My spam folder just received something from something known as surveyingbids dot com. Anyone know anything about such a critter?

I signed up for the free trail. I got a few bid opportunities to look at but none of them were for real land surveys in my area. When time came to pay, the site couldn't accept payment from anybody in my area. That's weird.
