The modern surveyor has an unbelievable number of tools at his disposal (many that only a few years ago, surveyors could only dream of).
EDMs, Total Stations, GPS, Metal Detectors, cameras, aerial photography, computers, software, ATVs, etc. etc. and the list goes on and on...
Unfortunately, sometimes the biggest tool is driving the truck.
Some things never change.
