With me, the job is more important than the money.
Record v. measured
A recent opinion from Board in California based on the following question:
Is it required to include record information on a Corner Record, specifically in regards to Board Rule 464(d)?
I agree - less clutter the better. Here in Texas, we show record "Where the new survey differs materially" - I like that word.
Record v. measured
When I said ...
>I was reading about an accusation on the boards site the other day against a very respectable and seasoned surveyor and one of the idiotic and ridiculous charges was the surveyor did not have any record data on the CR.
I did not mention that the board investigation of this particular individual has been going on for six years now.
I am also of the opinion that the wording "..together with reference to record information" can be interpeted as a Lot, Block, Tract, Book and Page reference.
