SurvCe and R-8 Model 3

I just spent the better part of the morning trying to configure SurvCe to work with a Trimble R-8 Model 3. Well long story short, Trimble model 3s and forward do not work with SurvCe because the newer trimble units are creating a random password at startup that prevents SurvCe from connecting. (There is a workaround involving having an available survey controller handy). This is directly from Carlson Technical support. Just wanted to make people aware, in case they were purchasing hardware/software.
