Just received a subcontractor contract from a contractor. Of course is written heavily in their favor. I am looking to negotiate some of the terms. Does anyone have a good contract they like to use on a regular basis they would be willing to share that I can pick and pluck a few things out of so that I can afford myself a little protection?
