So I am reviewing a description for an access easement to our right-of-way. Generally these terminate at our transmision line row. Now the powers to be are including a 20 radius , cul-de-sac at the end. We write these as strip descriptions. Anybody have any good verbage examples of how to add the cul-de-sac at the end of the strip?

Together with a circular portion having a radius of x feet, the center of which is the POINT of TERMINUS in line x above.

Cul-de-sacs usually have a reverse curve transition. If so you may have to pump that up with a metes and bounds around the curb bulb, starting and ending at the terminus point.

If this was for a subdivision I might. This is just so we make sure we have an area to dump gravel for a turn around. And they design it without the reverse curve transition.
