It is only about getting it right when there is no real value in the land being lost from the tax roles. Maine and New Hampshire have been fighting over valuable islands that house a shipyard for over 200 years. It has been to the SC numerous times and I believe it is going again. I haven't studied how it could be litigated at that level so many times-seems odd.
