How's their repair service? I'm thinking of switching because the current dealer I am using has become rather disappointing.

I used them for 15 years. Never a single complaint. They were timely and cost effective every time...

I've taken instruments to their repair shop in Wisconsin. No problems, quick service.

From the mouth of another repair shop, If Seller is local to you, they do very good work. I have known some of these guys for years through various training classes.
