What kind of cost would be involved in scanning a 5 mile long light rail corridor with 5 bridges 3 sizable box culverts w/headwalls, and about a half mile of roadway paving running parallel in one area? Maybe a combination of mobile and terrestrial. Control network already in place with points every 200' in anchor bolts in center of the guideway. data to be used for as-builts. I am not price shopping rather than seeing if it would be feasible before exploring it further.
