The FCC just needs to eat their colossal fail and swap spectrum with LighSquared to something that doesn't interfere with high precision GPS.

I beleive that is EXACTLY what LS was planning from teh beginning, and it just isn't fair. This is satellite frequency space, they are perverting the intended use, and probably know that it won't fly, but in the end they will somehow end up with all teh frequency space they want, at pennies on the dollar of their conterparts.
