ROW Mon Symbol

> After having spent far too many late afternoons researching r/w acquisition records and realizing their often lacking relationship to the locations of lands acquired from, I have come to the belief that the best symbol to represent a r/w monument is often a question mark.

We use a triangle with a dot in the center.

yEAH, I THOUGHT OF THAT BUT IT IS MORE LIKELY TO BE THE SYMBOL FOR A TRI-STATION OR A CONTROL POINT.

The standard is whatever standard you are conforming to.

If it's not predefined then use your own in house standard. I'm not too picky about symbols...I'm picky about the explanation in the legend or leader to the monument symbol explaining what it is.
