> Last 100 acre boundary I worked on totaled out at $35K (boundary only), and after court about $65K. my client had to file suit to prevent a land grab.
Well, sounds like you need some help....did I ever tell you I was born in MA?

Haha, you born in MA and I was born in Baltimore, MD.
Nah, no help here.
Things are a little quiet.
Of course cost of living drives cost of surveying, like everywhere, and a commitment to not participate in the race to the bottom like others. Not many 100 acre parcels around here anymore!!!!
That was a peculiar project as my client only had a 1/3 interest and was defending against two competing claims on opposite sides of the highway. He settled one and the other went to trial, about a year and half ago. I hear that a draft decision has been written but nothing has issued form the court yet.
The boundary was just the first part, putting his 1852 deed on the ground!

That's okay, don't think I could handle the Cape traffic in the summer anyway....
