Lot owner: I'm into it with my neighbor. I need you to survey my lot.
Me: We surveyed your neighbor's lot several years ago.
LO: I need this fixed, I don't care what it costs.
Me: We'll be out in a couple of weeks.
(2 hours later)
LO: I went down to the county and found out that you did the survey here.
Me: Yes I did.
LO: Well, it's not right. I'm going to sue you and him both. I don't want you down here.
I've got a half a mind to call the neighbor and ask him if he needs his line remarked.
