The Leica TC407 Total Station with after charging/suddenly turning off during calibration, enters Keyboard/Test Mode (checkerboard) and cannot be exited by key combinations (USER+FUNC+ON and FUNC+F2+ON, etc.). I have the calibration software but its options could not clear the Test Mode flag. I have tested the keyboard several times but the problem is permanent.
Please advise:
- Can you exit this device from Test Mode with the Service Utility and GEV189 cable?
- What is the approximate cost and time for on-site or shipping service to your center?
- Can you provide the official Leica Service Utility for TC407 or guide me how to get it from an official dealer?
