#Alphagator?ÿ you would want to export the calibration points to a new job with No Projection No Datum. It may be possible to do it in the same job but I doubt it. In the scenario you describe I set a new point for the GPS base (not one of the calibration points), start a new project No Projection No Datum, start the base using RTK & Logging so I can post process everything after the fact, import my calibration points from the robot, and perform the calibration. This will typically give you excellent results as long as you have sufficient calibration points with good geometry. The need for both sufficient points and good geometry cannot possibly be overstated.
