@eapls2708 correct. This company has a standard 2 paragraph note saying that their calculation skills constitute "preponderance of the evidence" and that both the state board and BLM Manual require them to set pincushions ( neither say any such thing) and simply stated, if they did not witness the surveyor setting the monument in 1972, then they are completely baffled as to why it is out of position, leading to the conclusion that the monument is inferior, and as superior surveyors they must fart another pincushion
