I am running into a strange problem I have never had before in regard to creating a Firmette. I can open up the map I want, set the Firmette page size, but when I try to drag the window to the area of the map I want to have in the pdf, the window won't "drag" in the Intranetix Viewer... has anyone else run into this issue?
I am running XP Pro with Service Pack 3, with IE Version 8.

Try a different browser. I was having problems today with IE 7, but it worked fine with google chrome.
