Wanting to know what to study for it I have the booklet from the ncees. I was wondering is it a lot of workout problems or boundary law

I would brush up on FEMA knowledge for sure. The questions cover a little bit of everything...as far as I recall. A good reference is the Surveying Terms and Definitions book.

I rather strongly recommend this book. It should give you a good idea of what you need to study.
