And it looks like a check is the only mail for the day,,,,,when I open it it's for a job that I'm not working on. Kinda looks familiar, so I put it in the deposit box and check what's in there and there is an identical check from the same people. I mention it to the guy doing the job and he gives me an odd look. Seems we got paid twice for the full amount. I don't remember that ever happening.?ÿ
At about the same time a frustrated landowner stops in, it seems his neighbor is disputing his rights to access his south pasture, even though he has an easement from the original split of the lands back in the 1990's. He wants me to draw up a blow up drawing of the easement so he can show the neighbor, I said sure, he asks how much, I tell him and he pulls out his wallet and gives me cash up front. A different kinda billing day for sure.?ÿ
