I would expect that an interpolation/extrapolation of the data for GPS frequencies would be pretty close for other GNSS constellations in the same general frequency range.

NGS Websites now DOA. 12/26/2018

Shucks...

This pisses me off to no end.?ÿ It is not like someone had to go feed the hamster, or wind the spring that keeps the website up.?ÿ Someone had to physically work to disable the websites - which means someone that is working, is working against the public (I know it is policy - not a particular person).?ÿ BUT they websites are automated, there was no need to bring them down, except to prove a point - and hurt the public.

No, its not just to prove a point. The constitution is pretty clear that except in an emergency tax payer's money can't be spent without congressional approval. Although the cost of keeping opus running may me minimal in the big picture it in not 0.?ÿ

What constitutes an emergency is murky, but you would be hard pressed to call a loss of OPUS an emergency.?ÿ In previous shutdowns the orderly shut down of services has been considered an emergency, to prevent damage to public resources, and prevent additional un authorized tax payer liabilities (electric Bill's for example).?ÿ

The whole thing does seem like a farce, but the law is what it is.

Mr. Billings,

Does Javad offer a conversion utility that will convert Rinex to the proprietary JPS format so that a guy with a deadline can process data with DPOS?

I have used the utility provided by Javad to convert in the other direction and it works great.

JAVAD user for five years.

JA, PLS SoCal

Jps2rin only works one way, but Javad has opened up a special server to accept RINEX files directly:

https://dpos-dev.javad.com/jca/#/dpos/upload

DPOS automatically applies HTDP transformations to the solution.?ÿ
