Forgive me if i categorized this post incorrectly! I'm using my new smart phone to make this post.

I am looking at putting a float together for a local parade that we have here in Bradenton every year. the floatwill represent the Manasota chapter of The Florida surveying and mapping Society. I am looking for any brand of old GPS receivers for the float. they don't even have to have any guts in them nor do they have to work. we don't want to use real working equipment on a float 4 obvious reasons. if anybody has anything like that laying around please email me. I would be glad to pay for shipping but I'm not looking to purchase the equipment. Just looking for donations. If you know any dealers that might have something laying around, we would really appreciate if you could contact them and give them my contact info. Trying to raise local awareness of our profession in a positive way! Thanks guys!

By the way, Mr. Wendall Harness (the guy who created and maintains this forum in case u didn't know that) created and maintains my web site. If your thinking of getting a site as a solo operator like myself, Wendall is the guy to use! He is very reasonable and creates awesome sites! And mine pays for itself each year from the exposure and phone calls. Check mine out, but don't steel my ideas! Lol!

Very nice website brother.

I have been in touch with Wendell, and I am looking forward to better things in my website / email world now that I am in his good hands.
