I just got off the phone with a gentleman that is looking for an Ohio Surveyor for a tract of land that is 72 Acres by deed but said it was surveyed in 1999 and was 59 Acres by survey.

He wants a new survey and a second opinion on the 1999 survey.

He is looking for a surveyor. I am not licensed in Ohio.

Monroe County
Lee Township
Section 33

near Sardis, OH

If you are interested email me your phone number and I will get your number to him.

John,
Off the subject, (except for emails). I tried emailing you through the beerleg contact email system last week and haven't heard back from you. Did you get my email? If not, are you sure its up to date on your profile?

Just curious, Tom

I checked my profile and my email is up to date. I wonder if my junk email grabbed it.

I barely skim through the junk email folder and delete everything.

Yep, my first guess would be that your spam catcher was a bit over-zealous.

John,

I was born in Marietta, and my dad always had the highest regard for the Schultheis's and the Vernon's.

Good luck.

Carl

I'm too far away to economically assist the client.

I agree with Carl's advice.

For those of you out west who are trying to find section 33, try looking for it on the west line of the township.

Those oddball Ohio Townships!! If it is odd you can find it in Ohio, the experimental area for the PLSS.

In my neck of the woods, 33 is on the south line of the township.
