I would not sign it. That's why we have the ALTA cert.
Someone always wants to add fine sticky print after the contract is signed. Then some sign contracts giving up their right to subrogation, dumb.

Please tell me that no surveyors have actually filled out this form, signed it and then gave it to a client.
What a steaming pile of c#$p! I don't think I could say yes to any of those stipulations without changing them to say something else.
