As a side note...

Somebody decided to be fancy and make a color map for these trails, but certain colors faded and left only the direction arrows. Got us confused a couple of times on the mountain bikes before we figured it out.

Not really mountains, but having the big lake right next to you while you hiked was cool.

It's thought to be shaped like a pincushion. You can kind of see this from out on the big lake. As it is a bald granite outcrop, setting a whole bunch of monuments there would be problematic. Bring your rock drill.
