Here's an update from the OPUS page:

Updated: 31-Aug-2012 0906EDT:

--All Nydot sites are unavailable due to a server crash, we anticipate to start ingesting data on Monday 3-sep-2012
--All PBO and UNAVCO sites are unavailable due to a server crash, we anticipate to start ingesting data over the weekend
--A temporary fix for the Txdot sites has been implemented and we anticipate that all data holdings will be complete by 1200h 31-Aug-2012
--Sites owned and operated by Txdot and Widot currently have a serious issue that results in NGS ingesting only intermittent data at best from those stations. The manufacturer, and the two respective agencies are aware of the problem and are working on a solution. If you have any urgent questions email giovanni.sella @ noaa.gov
