It's rare when a reporter gets a story so right.
I have to tell you that it is a bit strange that this article made it from the Rutland Herald to Surveyor Connect. You can imagine my surprise when a colleague from another state and a few hours away pointed it out to me! It is kind of an honor.
I felt the reporter did a pretty good job as well. I did however try very hard to explain the process and kept a close eye on his draft!

You kept a very good eye on it I would say. That sounded like it came from a surveyor's mouth more so than from a reporter's point of view. Nice getting you email address and contact information on the bottom. It's hard to explain to nonsurveyors what we do. That article made it much clearer. Congrats.
