I had done some review for a parcel purchase about 1-1/2 years ago. There were some issues but it looked good, I didn't know what was going to be bought exactly but I figured as long as it was Sectional based nothing should be a problem. Got the call today, they want to survey the north and east line for fencing. I asked how much of the line they needed. They started counting and added up 14 miles, so I guess they purchased the entire parcel. This will be really unusual for this place, it's mostly flat that will be strange. Should take a couple of days.

But at $3000 per mile it will be a great revenue provider. The cost of fencing will be MUCH more than that.
