Potential client calls then stops by to show me the survey, we had done an easement to a little tract in Ag land for a utility crossing, they want to know when we can do a court dispute with their neighbor over an access road. There is a time limit, an angry neighbor, they don't have much money which they make clear as they show me the survey, they are in town stocking up for the next months cause of coronavirus. ?ÿNo red flags there.

They ask if I can't is there someone else I can recommend. Problem is I like and get along with the other surveyors, I need one I can't stand to send them to.

Maybe you can refer him to the Surveyors mentioned by Holy Cow in the Rifleman thread.
