Does anybody have a pdf fillable flood cert where I can add digital photos right from my 'puter?

I thought somebody made one up and posted it on this site.

Thanks Larry, but when I can't insert a picture into that form...I tried it several times...not working for me.

Look [msg=179201]HERE[/msg]. Stephen Ward made up a fillable PDF with slots for PICS.

Personally, I use NITRO for editing.

I use Nitro as well. It works very well for what I use it for. I have an older version. It has a few quirks on my Vista laptop, but works perfectly on my XP desktop.

I would expect that the newer versions work better for the newer operation systems.

You can add pictures to any pdf by using attachments.

I can send you the template that I made in Word if that would work for you. I inserted 4 frames the appropriate size for the views on the photograph sheet. You can then insert the digital photos and print to a pdf. Let me know.
