The one good thing about that kind of rain is that you get enough run off to raise the levels of the low reservoirs.

Sheesh
I witnessed precipitation for maybe five minutes today. It was the kind of rain that starts evaporating before it ever hits the ground. By the time I was able to drive one mile, I was out of it. It was somewhere between 95 and 100 at the time.
