Or am I still too ignorant of how gravity works?
Does anybody truly know how gravity works??ÿ
The geodesy experts know HOW it works, but nobody?ÿ knows WHY it works.
I just know I'm attracted by it.
Masurement of the gravity gradient and the equipment used are described in the link below.

gradient measurements we??re part of the Geoid Slope Validation Surveys. I couldn??t readily find them on the NGS site.?ÿ
I once tried to slog through Misner, Thorne, and Wheeler??s classic Gravitation:?ÿ https://books.google.com/books/about/Gravitation.html?id=zAAuDwAAQBAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button
I realized my talents must lie elsewhere. (Still looking)
Sure, we can.?ÿ BUT the price just doubled.

"Client" is in house ...
Usually the worst clients.
On the increase in the number of points, shouldn't the price have tripled? And going back again always carries a premium!
Seems more like 4x the points so 4x the fee.
?ÿ
4x0 is still 0.?ÿ You can double it again in frustration.
Isn??t 10x10 grid 4x as many points as 20x20 ?
in the grass use flags.?ÿ
Years ago I did a few hours of SMAW (stick welding) training for beginners at a local workshop. Aside from the welding training, four things I remember most are:
- The owner/tutor had a hair style that was the welder's-helmet reverse of the pudding-bowl-cut.
- He said he hated SWAW, and preferred aluminium welding as it was much cleaner.
- He said a good welder is worth his/her weight in gold and should be paid accordingly (we trainees were Engineering graduates).
- His price list for casual work read: $20/hr normal. $30/hr if you have tried to weld it yourself. $40/hr if you try and tell me how to weld it.
