Manitoba Boundary Excitement!
From Derek's link:
>“In rural areas because it’s more expensive to survey a large parcel of land, often the surveys are not done,” he said, adding that can cause some “big surprises.”
It even happens within city limits. Suderman recalled a case where a resident built a double driveway and swimming pool only to find out it was two-thirds on the neighbour’s property.
It sounds to me as if Manitoba is just trying to add some excitement to the local news.
