I guess we have to make some major assumptions concerning bearings or angles for Millwood Subdivision.
?ÿ
Well hell!?ÿ?ÿ North is always up on the page right?????ÿ?ÿ?ÿ?ÿ

???? ???? ??? ?????ÿ

This looks like a few plats I was banging my head on my desk over a few years ago. Hey, on the bright side, you have the Curve data at least! ?ÿ
Heck, fire, man! ?ÿYou have the bearings around the perimeter. ?ÿThere must be only one way to fit the jigsaw puzzle together once you know that much.
?ÿ
GRINNING FROM EAR TO EAR
?ÿ
Seriously, this is what everyone except an experienced surveyor would believe to be true.
?ÿ
P.S. ?ÿThrow any oddball crap into the roadways. ?ÿWho cares if the right-of-way width varies and is oddly-shaped so long as the pavement fits and looks right.
With distances to the tenth and bearings to the nearest minute, thing should fit nicely ?ÿ
I guess if you're bored, or the job will be very profitable you could probably reconstruct those lots with only a couple basic assumptions. Time consuming though.
I gave them my "I don't want to do it" price and have not heard back. What happened is they built an addition onto their house for a apartment and none of it was permitted. A neighbor turned them in so now the county wants their pound of flesh.
