I received an email this morning requesting a proposal for ƒ??an ALTA Survey and a lot subdivision report for a project in ƒ??ƒ?.

?ÿIƒ??ve done a fair share of ALTAƒ??s before, but never been asked for a lot subdivision report. Wondering if someone could enlighten me a bit before I respond to the developer and ask for particulars. Thx in advance.?ÿ

Never heard of a lot subdivision report before in Texas. If youƒ??ve never heard of it, itƒ??s quite possible that the requester doesnƒ??t know what they are asking for. Iƒ??d straight up just ask them what exactly theyƒ??re expecting!
