I'm looking for a Connecticut LS to set some monuments on a two-acre, developed, residential parcel in central Fairfield County. Two corners are already monumented, and there's one on-line monument, plus some stone walls that are depicted as boundaries on the map (for those elsewhere, "map" is Connecticut-speak for "plan" or "plat"). I want to monument two more corners and add three or four on-line monuments. I have paper copies of all the deeds and maps from the Town Clerk's office for this parcel and the abutters, plus digital photos of the several most important of those. I'm looking at a timeframe for this work of the late spring or the summer of this year. If you're interested, please send me a private message here on RPLStoday. Thanks!
