Hello , i just got this Total station and i am having issues , im trying to shoot , it says error 255 EDM Measurment not achieved , interference during EDM measurment !!!?ÿ
I tried it a couple times , reflectorless , with prism and still doesnt shoot , its not showing the laser at all , turnin it on and off the red light and not working , everything else working good , just i cant get it to measure the distance , everytime i measure the distance it shows me this !! This is my first instrument and its used one , i would be very thankfull if anyone can help me !!?ÿ

got the same error today with my 1103. I had the instrument working just some weeks ago and tried all the above. This is how I solved it. I pressed measure wile aimed at a prism and disconnected the battery before the measurement was completed. Fells very wrong to kill the TCA this way, but I was desperate enough at this point. Them connected the battery and measured again. For some reason that fixed it.
