Does the prism housing accept the standard Leica 12mm plug?

What I want to do is put the GMP101 on this:?ÿ

https://www.allenprecision.com/survey/manual-total-stations/accessories/prism-poles/mini-reflector-pole-prism-target-8-over-point-with-circular-bubble/

Then put the whole thing in this:

Also......anyone aware of a source for that bipod in the States so I can save on shipping? ?ÿI've found it in the U.K., Germany, and Austria but not on this side of the pond, but I've found that's often the case with specialized monitoring and precision layout accessories.?ÿ

I have a Leica GMP 101 and have put it on the Chinese knockoff of the GLS14. The GMP101 will fit on any Leica stub.

I have seen similar bipods on ebay but I believe they were from a UK seller and they were fairly expensive.

This one is interesting

Both are from European vendors. Good luck in your search.

I'd probably spend $400 of billable time to make something I can buy and have shipped to my door for less than $150 ??ÿ

To save you a billable hour of design time, it's a 6" eqilateral triangle, 1/8" thick (highway sign donated by the VI DPW - hence the extra holes).

(2)3"?ÿx ?ÿ5/16" bolts, round head - fully threaded would be better. Tapping the holes is the most advanced task.

I have used it with 1 stick, 1.31' height.?ÿIt was windy, so I put a rock on it.

I think it would take you more than half an hour to fabricate that.

I have used that set up before, it works well but I have always felt that a system with better ergonomics could be developed, especially for an uneven surface.
