Hello! I am looking to get a solution to the problem that I am having with my CS20. The case is that when I am creating a new job...adding the dxf file etc and after I am opening the map or starting the measurements, an old job information is showing up on the screen together with the new information. All the measured points and dxf-s. Can it be fixed, where can it be fixed...what causes that?

Thanks in advance!

Which version of Captivate do you have installed? Under "View & edit job properties" is a "Linked Jobs" tab, anything show up in there? If not, maybe give step by step rundown of what you do to get to the problematic situation. Sounds like maybe you're seeing this regularly?

@jacob-wall The version I am having is 3.02. I checked the Linked jobs once I created the job, it was empty...nothing showing up. No matter which job I open, it is showing the same random old job on the map.

What I am doing is...

1) Inserting the Memory Stick/Flash drive to Controller

2) Fn - New Job - Writing the jobs' name - Checking Coordinate System

3) CAD Files - Choosing the dxf I need

4) Store

That's it. And after this when I check the 3D Viewer I can see the dxf I chose and one extra that I didn't chose

Is there any other place that I can check?

@ga123

Scroll all the way to the left on the carousal to the 'Tap Here to Chose Design Data' button.  Data selected here is attached to the current project (any project that is current) along with data specifically attached to a file.

@john-putnam That was the problem! It's solved now. Thank you a lot! One tick in a wrong place as it's always with the systems.
