What is the prism offset??ÿ
is it nodal? Can it be used to establish control on the construction project mainly for resection purposes??ÿ

The quick answer is "doesn't matter"?ÿ
There is no offset for these prism. You can not put this prism over a known point, you would be establishing new coordinates on these prisms.
So as long as you use the same prism offset it is correct.?ÿ
